Our Portsmouth bodyshop is where all crash repairs and SMART repairs are done. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident your car will go through 9 stages.

• If your car is not safe to drive we will recover it into us, otherwise when you bring your car in you will be greeted by our reception team who will organise an estimator to inspect your car.

• The estimator will go over all parts of the damage taking photo evidence and preparing a repair estimate.

• They will then send their estimate to your insurance company's engineer for authorisation. If it is a private repair, they will contact yourselves with a quote.

• When given the OK your car will go into our body shop first to be stripped. This is when any panels damaged on the car are removed and prepared ready for their repair.

• Our fully trained panel beaters will restore your car's body work damage back to its original standard.

• Any removed panels will then be refitted to your car and it will be prepared for paint. 

• The paint preparation ensures the quality finish and consistancy of the final coat and colour.

• The final coat is then applied in one of our low bake ovens. 

• When paint is finished the car is taken to our valet bay where it has a washed and cleaned back to new all ready for you to come and pick it up.
