We will come to the scene and pick up your damaged vehicle. We'll also provide you with an immediate courtesy vehicle if yours is un-roadworthy, so your employee can continue working with as little downtime as possible. To process you claim we require information within 24 hrs

Providing it is not a total loss, we can begin repairs on your vehicle immediately, (unlike many insurance companies which can take several days or weeks to even start). We can also return your vehicle straight to your business.

 

If you are already fully comprehensively insured there is no charge to sign up.
The reason this service is free is very simple.

We've created two unique revenue streams which allows us to provide you with the highest value service, without charging you. These are...

#1 - Around 30% of fleet customers are involved in accidents that aren't their fault. In these cases, we charge the 3rd parties insurance company for the replacement vehicle you use for the duration of the repair.

#2 - If you use one of your insurers "approved" car repair companies, then that company typically has to give back a proportion of their revenue to the insurance company. Since we're not obliged to the insurance company, we don't have to give that rebate back and can therefore keep most of the money we charge your insurance company.

In short, we've created a win-win situation where you don't pay for our service, yet we can still maintain and grow our own business through additional revenue streams.

 

Mechanical repairs

We also offer you mechanical maintenance and repairs, as you'd expect. This includes all your service requirements, MOT’s class 3, 5 & 7 up to 3.5 tonnes and a drop-in advice centre.

Our workshops are equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, technical information systems, and manufactured trained staff. We have the ability to deliver first class leading repairs. This along with our dedicated management team means that we can deliver a total repair solution that that will not be beaten.

 

All we need from you is: A letter of authority, our number inside all your fleet vehicles and an insurance cover note to drive courtesy vehicle.
