Reason #2: Faster Repair Times - If you call your broker, they will most likely process your claim through your own insurance company. This means lots of "red tape" and wait for the claim to be approved before sending your vehicle to the garage. When you join our A&J Motor Fleet Solution Scheme, the repair begins immediately.

 

Reason #3: Better, Safer Repairs - Our body repair centre has been repairing vehicles for over 25 years and each year we continue to "raise the bar" in terms of quality. We currently hold the British Standards Institute PAS 125:2011 vehicle body repair specification, which certifies that our focus is on safety and structural integrity.

Reason #4: Free Replacement Vehicle – Fault or non-fault, for the duration of your repair or for 7 days if your vehicle was to be written off we will offer a replacement vehicle. Brokers and insurance companies can't guarantee you a replacement vehicle. Even if they can get you one, many times it's a small car, making it essentially useless. We can give you a light commercial vehicle if required until yours is repaired, so your staff can continue working without disruption.
 

Reason #5: Keep Your Claims to a Minimum – We've also built our own claims management division, called Lawrence Assist. The reason we added this to our business was to save you from the burden and cost of administration work, by filling in your claim forms and speaking with offshore call centres to save you the hassle. This FREE service also keeps your motor claims experience to a minimum by sending non-fault claims directly to third party insurers and dealing directly with the third parties to whom you have caused damage, allowing your own insurers to settle these directly instead of waiting for costly accident management bills to arrive.
